Overview

SceneLens is designed to keep photography on your device. We do not sell personal information or use your photos for advertising.

Your photos and camera

Camera access is used only to provide the viewfinder and capture a photo. Captured photos are managed by the iOS photo library. SceneLens does not upload your photos, photo paths, or precise location to our servers.

Optional account and private sync

Signing in with Apple is optional. If you sign in, we process a private account identifier, session tokens, favorites, recent scenes, and custom scenes solely to provide account sync. We do not receive or store your Apple password.

Anonymous product events

To improve reliability, we may record anonymous app-open, scene-selection, and completed-capture events. These events do not include photos, photo paths, precise location, contacts, Apple credentials, or access tokens.

Permissions

You can change Camera and Photos permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Denying a permission can limit the related feature but does not prevent you from reviewing other parts of the app.

Retention and deletion

Signing out revokes the local session and clears locally stored custom scenes; it does not delete system photos. To request deletion of your cloud account and synced scene data, contact us using the address below.
