Terms of Service

Effective: July 28, 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, selecting the agreement checkbox, or using PactSign, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You must provide a mobile number you are authorized to use and keep your device and verification codes secure. Actions performed through your verified account may be attributed to you.

3. Creating and Assigning Contracts

A contract initiator must provide accurate contract content and assign a signer by name and mobile number. You must have authority to use recipient information and send the contract. You may not sign on behalf of another assigned signer.

4. Review and Electronic Signature

An assigned signer must review the complete document before confirming a signature. Confirmation may record the signature, time, document context, device information, and any optional audit information you provide. The legal effect of an electronic signature depends on the document, parties, and applicable law.

5. Documents and Attachments

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of documents and attachments you import, create, or send. Do not upload content that infringes rights, contains malicious code, or violates law.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not impersonate another person, forge signatures, bypass signer restrictions, access accounts without authorization, disrupt the service, extract protected data, or use PactSign for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

7. Local and Online Service Modes

Local mode stores application data on the device and data may be lost if the app or device data is removed. When an online service mode is enabled, availability, synchronization, backup, and recovery depend on that configured service. Keep independent copies of legally important documents.

8. Service Availability

PactSign may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We may perform maintenance or modify features for security, legal, or operational reasons.

9. No Legal Advice

PactSign is a technical contract workflow and signing tool. It does not provide legal advice or guarantee that a particular signature method or document is valid or enforceable. Seek qualified professional advice for important transactions.

10. Suspension and Termination

Access may be restricted or suspended for suspected fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion where an online account is provided.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as PactSign evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the current version will remain available at this URL.

12. Contact
