PactSign is a contract creation, review, and signing tool. This policy explains the information the app may process and the choices available to you.
Depending on the features you choose and the app’s configured service mode, PactSign may process names, phone numbers, contract documents, photos, handwritten signatures, signing timestamps, device information, and optional location information. This information is used to create, review, manage, and sign contracts; identify signers; maintain signing records; and support security or troubleshooting.
Documents, imported images, contract details, and signatures are user content. In a local configuration they remain on your device. If an online service configuration is enabled, content needed to provide account, synchronization, or contract workflow features may be transmitted to and stored by that service. The production App Store privacy disclosures should be reviewed together with this policy for the version you use.
PactSign requests access in context: Contacts when you choose a signer, Photos or Camera when you add a document, and Location only when you choose to include it in a signing record. You can enter signer details manually and sign without providing location. You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
PactSign does not use contract content or signatures for advertising. If a production version requests Apple’s tracking permission, the request will be shown separately and you may decline it without losing the core signing flow.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers only when needed to operate an enabled online service, maintain security, or comply with law. Provider and retention details will be updated here when applicable to the released production configuration.
Locally stored information remains until you delete it in the app or remove the app, subject to iOS backup behavior. For information handled by an online service, contact us to request access or deletion. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, or the integrity of a completed signing record.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service configuration. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
PactSign is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If an online service is enabled, information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
We may update this policy as PactSign’s production features and service configuration evolve. The current version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
